āA now well-known endeavour, the Three Peaks Challenge sees hardy hikers and runners scale, in one shot, the tallest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales: Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon respectively. Driven between mountains, the fastest few can climb and descend the trio of peaks within 24 hours.
But what if you were to scale these mountains and run the entire distance between them, too? Thatās the mammoth task that Imo Boddy, a 24-year-old endurance runner from Malton, Yorkshire, has just accomplished ā and she set an incredible new world record in the process.ā -Rachel Boswell via Runnerās World

šListen to a Cadence-recommended Pod: Karel Sabbe isnāt a household name - but it should be. Whatās more impressive than being a Local Legend? Finishing the f*king Barkley Marathons. Karel Sabbe really is that dude.

Post of the Week:
Tidbits
In it for the Long Run: Sure, a running streak is something even the most average runner can attain. But can you commit to running at least 8 miles a day, every day? Robert Kraft can - and heās kicking ass at it.
ā Des Lindenās 2025: Much like Snoop Dogg, Des Linden is a woman of many, many noble side quests. Professional commentating, ultrarunning, bagging obscure world records & Strava KOMs - what canāt she do?
ā Itās about positioning: Your bike fit is EVERYTHING. Age groupers pay hundreds of dollars to get the perfect bike fit; elite athletes pay to ride in actual wind tunnels to fine tune their rides. So what is the most winningest bike fit? See this review of bike fits from 70.3 World Championships.
ā Winningest Shoe: adidas Adizero is quite literally - the fastest shoe on the market. With more than 51% of the top 50 T&F wins; adidas knows how to build fast shoes, and evidently - sponsor fast people. Read more HERE.
ā True Crime Crossover to Endurance Sports: We really donāt have accurate stats; but if you asked us what sport found the most dead bodiesā¦weād say runners. No question about it. When some wildlife techs were trekking through the Mojave Desert, they didnāt come across the endangered turtles they were looking for, but instead - found some human bones! EEK.
Performance Of The Week(end): Sam Laidlowās transition(?) to HYROX. Weāre hoping this is a joke.
