This weekend, the women of IRONMAN will compete in Nice, France at the World Championship. With a strong field of returners, including 2023’s champ - Lucy Charles-Barclay, it really is anyone’s day. One notable athlete who will NOT be returning to this field (ever, for that matter), is Daniela Ryf - who announced early retirement just a few weeks ago.

✅Old Ladies Saving The World: The Old Ladies Against Underwater Garbage (OLAUG) is a club for…you guessed it…senior citizen women that work together to clean up bodies of water (lakes, ponds, ocean harbors, etc.) from trash.
