Hurricane Helene is shaping up to be one of the deadliest and devastating hurricanes to hit the continental United States. Tidbits
Womenâs Sports & Health Expo: Maybe youâve heard of the Arnoldfest or been to a massive race expo - but while the free samples is great, do you walk away from those being a more educated person, or a stronger advocate for women in sport? The Womenâs Sports & Health Expo in Grand Rapids, Michigan is a new event that focuses on educating, celebrating and connecting women in sports through their multi-day event. Read more HERE.
â The 4th Discipline of Tri: IM Maryland was just a bit wet on the run course. Athletes SWAM-BIKED-RAN-STEEPLECHASED to become newly minted IRONMAN finishers. All we can think about is our soggy shoes & wrinkly toes for 26.2 miles.
â NYC to the Catskills: The Long Path isâŚ.just that. A 358-mile trail with one terminus at the 175th Street subway station in Manhattan and the other at Thacher State Park in New York State. Read more here about what your journey could look like.
â Yearbook Photos: Cross country kids are usually a little nerdy, a little introverted - and VERY cliquey. Santa Claraâs Menâs XC team can also be described as a bit - off the wall. Every year, they release their official composite photos & never disappoint.
â Floating Carbs: If youâve been to Kona for C week, or youâre a part of the World Champs Lure, you know about the coffee boat that parks itself Âź mile offshore for the week and serves coffee - you just have to swim there. This is a little less - hardcore - but we couldnât pass up the chance for some carbs ON the water.
Performance Of The Week(end): India Lee with podium finish at T100 Ibiza
A mere 6 days before T100 Ibiza - Lee failed to cross the finish line at IM World Champs in Nice. Rallying in front of a âhomeâ crowd for a podium finish - Indiaâs on her way to locking down a great 2024 race season. READ MORE HERE.
