Tidbits
XC Teams: The magic number in cross country has almost always been 7 - now, in the NCAA, that number is growing to 10. Read HERE on what the change is & how it might affect the sport moving forward.
â AG1 - yay or nay: Athletic Greens, AG1 - the green powdered drink that has taken the influencer world by storm is pretty polarizing. But is it really all itâs cracked up to be? Read HERE before taking the plunge and spending $50+/month.
â The Great Race: Run 7 marathons, on 7 continents in 7 days. You have to be crazy to even WANT to attempt this feat - and even crazier to actually successfully complete it. You start in Antarctica and end 7 days later (183.4 miles) in Miami. Could (or wouldâŚ) you want to attempt this?

â Equality in Endurance: If you follow EXTREME mountain biking, you know Red Bull Rampage is basically the Olympics of endurance insanity. Full sending it off what most sane people would call a âcliffâ - these professional riders somehow find a way to make a line, throw epic tricks/moves and for the most part - make it out unscathed. Up until now, itâs been a male-only invite. Now - female riders are getting their chance to #FullSend.
â For the Hunters: Thereâs a bit of a crossover between endurance athletes and game hunters - especially if youâre climbing trees, mountaineering through backcountry and cowboy camping while stalking big game. If you fall in this class; save this recipe for later. You wonât regret it.
